Ramadan, Suhur Day 19

I woke up!!! Well... I technically never went to sleep. A new trick I picked up after my alarm failed me on several occasions.

My meal you ask?


Yep that's right... scrambled egg whites + 1 egg, sautéed with onions, garlic, and pastrami. Served with a side of cukes (the middle eastern kind).

Had a large cup of water before, a large one during, and one right after. Then I made my protein shake, took my AGG supplement and my multivitamin, and off to bed I go!

Let's hope for a loss tomorrow (following today's success on the scale!)
